MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAMME
We’re a team of coaches, facilitators, and practitioners with deep experience in guiding personal transformation. But more than that, we’re humans—each shaped by our own journey—who believe in the power of slowing down, turning inward, and walking alongside others through moments of change. We bring different perspectives, but we’re united by a shared commitment to honesty, compassion, and presence. We trust in the process, in each other, and in the quiet strength that emerges when people feel safe, seen, and supported. We’re here to hold that kind of space—for you.
Practitioner at Embrace the Change
Louise Dawson
Louise Dawson is a practitioner, guide, and mindfulness-based consultant who walks alongside people through life’s most profound transitions—with compassion, clarity, and deep respect for the human spirit. With a PhD in Health and over 25 years of experience, she has supported individuals, families, and professionals navigating some of life’s most complex and personal challenges.
Her work spans healthcare, advocacy, trauma, and personal transformation. As an independent consultant to Courts and Health Services in the UK, Ireland, and internationally, Louise offers expert insight into sensitive health and well-being matters—often at critical moments. Her person-centred approach is rooted in deep listening, emotional intelligence, and a belief in each individual’s innate capacity to heal and grow.
What makes Louise’s work truly distinctive is her ability to bridge people’s personal experience with meaningful growth and forward movement. With over two decades of mindfulness practice—deeply inspired by the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh—she brings presence and grounded wisdom into every space she holds. Her recent training includes shamanic practice, end-of-life care, and celebrancy, allowing her to honour life’s sacred thresholds: birth, death, and the many transitions in between.
Originally from Lancashire, Louise has lived in Ireland for the past 16 years, where she continues to support others with gentleness, depth, and courage. Her work is not about fixing—it’s about witnessing, empowering, and walking with people through whatever life brings.
At Embrace the Change, Louise holds space for reflection and transformation—whether through 1:1 support, group dialogue, or presence in the in-between moments. She offers a rare and grounded presence, helping others connect with what matters most and move forward with dignity, self-compassion, and quiet strength.
Because healing doesn’t always come from doing more—it often begins with being seen, being heard, and being gently held through change.

Practitioner at Embrace the Change
Michael Reved
Michael Reved is a certified executive coach, facilitator, and mindfulness practitioner who helps people navigate change with clarity, presence, and purpose. He brings extensive leadership experience and a lifelong commitment to personal growth and transformation.
Life is full of transitions—some expected, some sudden, some that shake us to our core. Michael knows this journey intimately. He has spent his life exploring what it means to meet change with openness, courage, and resilience—not just in a career, but in life itself.
For over 20 years, he worked in fast-paced industries, holding senior roles in financial services, healthcare, technology, and innovation. He was used to leading change—steering projects, guiding teams, and making high-stakes decisions. But eventually, a deeper question emerged:
What does it truly mean to embrace change—not just professionally, but as a human being?
That question led him down a new path. One that wasn’t about climbing the corporate ladder, but about helping others step more fully into themselves. With a Master’s in Psychology (University of Glasgow) and certification as an Executive Coach (Columbia University), Michael now brings a holistic, human-centred approach to his work—integrating coaching, psychology, mindfulness, and self-compassion to support meaningful change from the inside out.
For more than two decades, Michael has also practised mindfulness and meditation, deeply influenced by the teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh and other contemplative traditions. He is currently Chair of The Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, a global non-profit organisation based in the USA. This lifelong practice informs every aspect of his work—not just as a tool for stress reduction, but as a way to cultivate presence, self-awareness, and deep personal alignment. He believes that change is not something to resist or control—but something to move with, learn from, and grow through.
At Embrace the Change, Michael guides participants through reflective coaching conversations, mindfulness practices, and facilitated group sessions. His role is to hold space for insight, support inner clarity, and help each person reconnect with what truly matters—especially during times of uncertainty or transition.
Whether someone is facing a life shift, feeling stuck, or simply longing for deeper alignment, Michael supports them to move forward with greater self-awareness, courage, and purpose.
Because change isn’t just something that happens to us—it’s an invitation to grow into who we’re becoming.

Practitioner at Embrace the Change
Nadia Samdi
Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Nadia didn’t grow up in a world of yoga or structured movement. It was only after moving to France that she discovered yoga—an experience that marked a profound turning point in her life. What began as a personal practice soon became a calling: to help others find balance, healing, and clarity—regardless of age, condition, or physical ability.
Nadia is a certified yoga therapist, trained in the Viniyoga tradition in Chennai, India, under Dr. N. Chandrasekaran—a medical doctor and direct student of T.K.V. Desikachar. Her approach treats yoga not as performance, but as a science of health and transformation, where movement is guided by the breath, and the breath becomes the gateway to healing and growth.
She works with the whole person, creating personalised practices that support the body’s natural intelligence and help restore balance—physically, physiologically, mentally, and emotionally—especially during times of transition or personal change.
Her therapeutic approach integrates movement, but also works with breath, sound, bhāvana (positive inner attitude), concentration techniques, and other tools from the yoga tradition — always adapted to the individual. Whether supporting someone through back pain, autoimmune disease, anxiety, or deep emotional fatigue, Nadia supports the whole person: body, breath, and mind.
Her focus is not on “fixing,” but on observing with precision what the body is trying to express. Her method is based on the deep study of yogic anatomy, physiology, psychology, and spiritual principles, combined with a clear understanding of how body, breath, and mind interact in the healing process.
Movement, when guided by the breath and awareness, becomes a powerful pathway toward regulation, insight, and inner transformation.
Her teaching is grounded, sensitive, and rooted in lived experience. She works with people at all stages—whether they’re beginning a yoga practice or navigating life changes, stress, or illness—always creating a safe, well-held space for deep work to unfold.
At Embrace the Change, Nadia leads breath-led movement and mindful embodiment practices that help participants reconnect with their inner stability and vitality. Her sessions offer a calm, supportive environment to listen inward, release what’s no longer needed, and restore a sense of flow—within the body and beyond. Her presence brings calm, strength, and gentle guidance to the experience.
Originally from Morocco and now based in France, Nadia brings warmth, insight, and quiet confidence to everything she does. She sees the body not as a problem to be solved, but as a wise companion on the journey of change—one that, when honoured, can guide us home to ourselves.
