What’s Included in the Programme?
Before the Programme Begins:
• A preparation package to help you arrive grounded and ready
• A 1:1 coaching session to clarify your intentions and support your transition into the programme space
Accommodation:
• Shared double room accommodation included
• Single rooms available for an additional fee (subject to availability)
Meals:
• Welcome dinner on Sunday evening
• Daily healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from Monday to Thursday
• Breakfast and lunch on Friday
• Refreshments throughout the day: stay hydrated with complimentary water and local herbal teas
Practices and Sessions:
• All group sessions, 1:1 sessions, and body-centred practices are included
• Body practices may include: Viniyoga, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion exercises
Integration & Aftercare:
• Together we’ll co-create a personal integration plan during the programme
• After the programme, you’ll receive an additional 1:1 coaching session to support your ongoing journey. And if you join with the early bird offer, you’ll receive an additional bonus session to further deepen your integration
What’s Not Included
Travel:
Transportation to and from the hotel is not included.
Drinks During Meals:
Beverages during meals (other than water or tea) are not included. You’re welcome to enjoy a drink in the evening if you’d like, though we do ask that alcohol be enjoyed moderately to maintain the grounded, reflective space that supports everyone’s personal journey.
Snacks Between Meals:
While snacks between meals aren’t provided, you’re welcome to bring your own — and the hotel also has options available for purchase if you’d like something in between sessions.

What if I’ve never done yoga or meditation before?
Never tried yoga or meditation? No worries! No prior experience is needed! Our
practices are accessible to all levels, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Is the programme suitable for people with ongoing professional challenges?
Absolutely. Many of our participants come with work-related issues they’re struggling to
overcome. The programme is designed to address both personal and professional growth.
What should I bring?
We’ll provide everything you need for the programme. Just bring comfortable clothing, an
open mind and a willingness to explore new possibilities.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our meals are designed to nourish everyone, and we accommodate most dietary
needs. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
How much free time will I have?
We’ve designed the programme to balance structured sessions with free time, allowing you
space for personal reflection, rest, or relaxation in the beautiful surroundings.
Do I need to share a room?
The standard accommodation is a double room shared with another participant.
However, if you prefer more privacy, you can request a single room for an additional fee.
Just let us know when booking, and we’ll arrange it for you.
Will I receive support after the programme?
You will be asked to do a bit of prep-work before the retreat. You will also have a one-to-one coaching session to prepare for the retreat and where you can ask questions you might have. And after the retreat, you will have one one-on-one coaching session to follow up on your personal plan and help you integrate your work.

Domaine des Clos is conveniently located for travellers from France, Europe, and beyond. Whether you’re flying, taking the train, or driving, you’ll find easy access to the hotel.

Nîmes-Alès-Camargue-Cévennes Airport – approximately 25 minutes away
Avignon-Provence Airport – approximately 40 minutes away
Marseille Provence Airport (for international travellers) – approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away
By Train
The nearest train station is Nîmes, with well-connected high-speed TGV services from major cities like Paris and Lyon.
From Nîmes station, it’s a 25-minute drive to Domaine des Clos.
By Car
The hotel offers easy access from the A9 motorway.
Free parking is available on-site for guests.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy designed to be both fair and transparent:
• A non-refundable deposit of €200 applies to all bookings.
• You are eligible for a full refund (minus payment transaction fees) within 14 days of your payment.
• For split payments, this applies within 14 days of the first payment.
• After the 14-day period and up to 1 June 2025, you are eligible for a 50% refund (minus transaction fees).
• From 1 June to 15 July 2025, a 25% refund will apply (minus transaction fees).
• No refunds will be issued after 15 July 2025.
• All refunds are processed less any and all payment transaction fees.
