Embrace the change

A Programme for Navigating Personal and Professional Change

Perhaps now is the time to prioritise yourself

Are you navigating personal or professional challenges, feeling stuck, or sensing it’s time for something new — but something is holding you back?

This Programme is designed to support people who are going through change — or who feel called to make meaningful shifts. Whether you’re in the middle of it, resisting it, or trying to make it last, we offer the space and support to help you take your next step with confidence.

Why This Programme

When we make changes in our lives, they move through the mind, heart, breath, and body. That’s why this Programme weaves together coaching, yoga, meditation, self-compassion and other practices in a safe intentional space.

Your journey begins before France, with a coaching session and guided pre-work to help you step into the week with clarity and intention.

You’ll explore the changes that matter most, why they can feel so challenging, and how to meet them through practices that support meaningful growth. After the Programme, you’ll receive a personal plan and coaching to help you integrate the changes you’re ready to create.

While the Programme offers rhythm and gentle guidance, it also creates space to slow down and find stillness. Here’s a glimpse of the experience — followed by what a day in the Programme might look like.

The Location

Set against the stunning backdrop of Provence, the peaceful atmosphere of our Programme Venue supports the deep, focused work of personal and professional change. This setting invites you to slow down, step away from everyday noise, and fully engage with the practices and reflections of the Programme.

Nestled in a tranquil garden, Domaine des Clos is a lovingly restored Provençal farmhouse. Originally an 18th-century family home and winery, it now offers an intimate, grounded environment where meaningful insight and transformation can take root.
